23 August 2017:
"Reporting for Punishment, Sir!"
When I lived in the Washington DC area I had a paddling buddy named Alan.
I met him just a few weeks after I moved there. We connected in
the Black Forest, a cruising area in Rock Creek Park adjacent the P Street Beach. My apartment was nearer
but my partner was at home. Alan's partner was out of town so we went to his place, which was in Adams Morgan. We
were making out and I started smacking his butt. He seemed to respond well, and I kept it up. After a
while he said, "Sir, I have a paddle. Do you want me to go get it?" "YES!" We were off and running. We had
frequent CP sessions and grew to be long-term friends.
A few years later Alan got arrested by the Park Police for having sex in a public restroom at Iwo Jima Memorial
in Arlington. I don't know how the legal case played out, but he never spent any time in jail and did not
lose his job in the Pentagon or his high-level security clearance.
However, in connection with that episode, Alan did something that made a strong impression on me.
He called a heavy top we both knew named Chuck Pray (I can use his name because he's deceased),
reported what he had done that got him arrested, and asked for the punishment he deserved. You might think
that the unfortunate natural consequence of being arrested and all that entailed would be sufficient
punishment, but from the internal badboy perspective, punishment isn't real and effective until you've
gotten a good butt whipping. Mr Pray
blistered Alan's butt, and rightly so; he got what he had coming. That was the first experience I had with
someone into recreational CP turning it into real-life, serious punishment.
Most guys into recreational CP have come up with a pretext for getting or giving an ass whipping at
least once in their spanking careers, and in some cases I'm sure these pretexts were actual infractions.
But I wonder
how many have gotten into real, for-cause CP sessions for serious offenses. I wonder how many guys
into our scene, after committing a serious transgression, have gone to a Punishment Master, confessed what
they've done, and accepted the full punishment for it. One could argue that
such accounts belong on the psychotherapist's couch, but it is what it is:
I find that really fuckin' shoot-a-wad hot!
Three times over the years I've reported real-life offenses to a Punishment Master, asked him to deal with
it as he saw fit, and taken the punishment. Once for losing my cellphone and twice for getting speeding tickets.
[The account of the punishment I received for one of those speeding tickets is in the "stories" section of this
website; you can access it directly from this link.]
But I've never solicited real punishment for more serious real-life offenses. And have no doubt,
I'm guilty of infractions a lot
more serious than losing my cellphone or getting a speeding ticket. The bottom line is that the
transgressions we feel the most guilty about
can be too embarrassing to confess to and -- more to the point -- I don't want to get my ass torn up too badly,
as I deserve to get for those offenses. There's no doubt I deserved -- and deserve -- the kind of heavy for-real
ass blistering Alan set himself up to receive. But I'm not about to solicit punishment for those infractions.
I wonder how many bottoms into CP get into real-life punishment for serious offenses like that. I wonder how many
guys have the guts to report for punishment when they fuck up big time, not just for minor misdeeds.
I know as a top that if I'm given license to administer real punishment for an actual infraction I'm
going to lay it on hard and heavy and teach the miscreant a good lesson.
Nothing is as disinhibiting to a sadistic guy like me as knowing the punishment is really deserved and
I'm fulfilling a duty in applying it. Having the opportunity to give badboy what he's got coming for a
serious offense gives me a "mean-on" (like a hard-on but sadistically focused). I'd lay it on much heavier
than I would give it to a guy in a regular recreational CP session or a typical pretexting session with a minor
or pretended offense.
How many guys are ready to put their ass on the line and take the punishment they deserve when
they fuck up big time?
How many guys into our scene are willing to contact a serious topman / Punishment Master with the
military-style line: "Sir! Reporting for Punishment, Sir!" -- and really mean it?
