In the late 1990s I discovered an open-access CP website owned by a very hot 30-something guy in Seattle called CuffBoy. 'CuffBoy' was into receiving heavy paddling, strapping, and caning at the hands of other men and had numerous pictures of himself during and after these sessions. I downloaded the webpages and pictures at the time and have saved them through the intervening years. I present them here for your enjoyment. The text and pictures in the gray-shaded area on these pages came directly from CuffBoy's site with only very minor changes.

I wholeheartedly recommend CuffBoy's telling of his own story, on page 4 of this section. Although lengthy, his account is highly engaging and well worth reading. (Page 4 provides an optional synthetic voice to read the story aloud to you, or you can download the audio and play it as a podcast.) CuffBoy's preferences may have been a little extreme, but I think most of our community have our own parallels to the fantasies and experiences he describes.

'CuffBoy' was an earlier non de guerre of Cliff Meador from Spanking Central. He morphed into an active top, entrepreneur, and video producer, star, and recruiter of young men to spank in his videos. He produced and marketed hundreds of male-male spanking videos and still pictures through his website and other modes of communication. Spanking Central also provided a vehicle for male-male spanking ads for many years and was very popular among our community for the time it was in business. In addition, early in its existence, Spanking Central sold bondage equipment and punishment straps Cliff designed and made in his carpentry shop, the kind shown in his pictures and mentioned in his life story. Spanking Central went out of business a few years ago, and its website is no longer online. The passing of an era.

Cliff died in January 2023 at the age of 65. His online obituary includes tributes from several friends but provides no biographical information. Gone but fondly remembered.
