NOTE: This punishment program originated from a video released over 25 years ago entitled
Punishment at Cornwall Naval Barracks.

The video depicted the punishment of three cadets at a Royal Navy base in Cornwall using the pandybat, a short, thin, stiff
leather paddle said to be very painful.
The punishment drill, claimed to be routine for that facility, consisted of a total of 50 licks (strokes)
administered as an initial 10, then a 2-minute break, second 10,
2-minute break, third 10, 2-minute break, then the final 20 licks.
For their punishment, the boys were naked and bound hand and foot over a waist-high flat, padded table.
Two pieces of program paperwork referenced in the Rules document are missing: (1) the Acknowledgement and Consent Form,
and (2) the Punishment Report Form. I think most of the visitors to this website can imagine what they might contain and,
if desired, come up with their own versions.
