Find missing mp4 video files on GFI server
that are called by CPMan's GFI pages

(1) Find CPMan videos with thumbnails missing on GFI server, then
(2) Determine which of these have their mp4 video file missing

When an mp4 file is removed from GFI's server, a retained copy is loaded to http://cpman.net/OthGFI-A/XXXXXXXXX.mp4 where XXXXXXXXX is CPMan's video number and the corresponding driver records in the file at http://cpman.net/GFILocal/GFIarray.js are replaced with ones that references the new location
